Keynote“From GoHighLevel to Proprietary AI: Building TigerFlow AI for UK Real Estate”
Halima Yasmin is the founder of TigerFlow AI, a proptech startup building proprietary AI tools for UK real estate agents. After outgrowing GoHighLevel, she rebuilt the entire platform from scratch using Claude, creating a production system now serving real clients.
Dr. Will Faithfull is CEO of ExaDev, founding engineers on demand for tech and AI companies. A computer science PhD and active investor through ExaCap, Will grew ExaDev from two graduate students to a team of 17 engineers. He has worked in over a dozen startups across the UK, Silicon Valley, the Netherlands, Ireland and Australia, as well as for the likes of Sky, Google and Equal Experts.

About the Event

A packed evening of AI talks, demos, and real conversations. Doors open at 5pm for networking and drinks. From 6pm, Gaskell opens the event, followed by a keynote from Halima Yasmin (TigerFlow AI) at 7pm, talks from William Faithfull PhD (ExaDev) and Lewis Crawford (Equal Experts), a lightning talk from Toby Remond (OptiBee), a live demo from Andy Gray, plus an Ask Gaskell Anything Q&A via Slido, open mic and raffle. Open networking runs until we close at 9pm. Completely free to attend.
